My last name is Yavorian! I am an armenian christian and I was born in
Tehran in the Abbas Abad district. I lived with my beautiful mother
there back in 2004 when President Ahmadinejad was just mayor of the
city. My mother had proof the Shiite muslim man who raped her was very
guilty of doing so but he was prominent (he had friends and family in
the local police department among other places) and especially since
we were Christians our case was considered extra-doubtful to be made
and not even an arrest could be made! Through a male friend of mine I
got a brief personal audience with Mayor Ahmadinejad! He was busy, I
could tell by the paper work on his desk, but he patiently listened to
me all the same, looked at the proof I presented of the rape of my
mother and decided to have the local man arrested! He used his
influence to get the case fairly presented in a court of law and the
bad man/rapist got 25 years for since charges as breaking an entry! My
mother rests easy now thanks to Ahmadinejad's fairness as mayor!
